I had the pleasure of speaking at the Talents evening, organized for the 15th anniversary of the Talentis agency, at the top of Pullmann with the Eiffel Tower in my sights. A magnificent moment of sharing with the intervention of 15 entrepreneurs from different backgrounds to discuss their trajectory, their vision of entrepreneurship and innovation. I talked about how entrepreneurship was fundamental in my career, well beyond the purely professional aspect.
Entrepreneurship is a real philosophy, focused on action, innovation and resourcefulness. It forces you to move forward - otherwise you will fall, it's like riding a bike. This forces you to stop dissecting everything before you start - otherwise time will pass and the competition will get ahead. You have to move forward without a perfect plan. It forces you to experiment, test, iterate again to find ideas that really work. And it also involves coping with failure: there is no innovative and entrepreneurial journey that is not marked by disappointments and failed appointments.
For companies, intrapreneurship - that is, developing “entrepreneurial thinking” among employees - has become a question of survival. Each collaborator is the key to the innovation strategy, to a transformation. Ideas can come from anywhere. And generally from those who are least encouraged to do so. An intrapreneur went crazy. He is the leader. He is an autonomous collaborator who moves - if not his company - his teams forward. He is the collaborator of the future...
Congratulations to Talentis for this sublime evening.:)
